Nick Ferrio is an MA student in English and Theatre Studies at the University of Guelph. His main interests are contemporary Indigenous literature, drama and film. He is currently researching sexualized violence and trickster discourse in the works of Tomson Highway. He is also an active musician and performer in the Canadian independent music scene in his bands Weird Weather and The Burning Hell.
